My dot point commentary would be:

• The Top 3 holders would need to support any raise;
• We know they have significant MNDAs in place. If the Top 3 support, then it would give great confidence;
• Strategic placement would be much more preferred imo (e.g. $3DP);
• Unlike most microcaps they have a large revenue stream and multiple new ones.

When I last spoke to management, they seemed bemused at the SP.
