We may never know the motive for selling down 67% of his shareholding, but clearly he is better informed than the ordinary shareholder in arriving at a decision to sell. If I was a shareholder I would be disappointed that the Chairman, who has had an involvement with the company for 30 years, has chosen to invest his money elsewhere.
