Becton will be privatised I believe - they have viable developments and retirement JV

Port Bouvard was deconsoldidated as at 27/12/12 (as FKP now dont need to consolidate it as they appointed an ind director) during the half year FKP took a $15m P&L hit from the "discontinued operation" - $14m of which was PBD inventory writdown

They dereccognised PBD's net 'assets' of -ve $31.3m, offset by the now equity accounted 29.5% interest equating to $9.2m (approx 850m shares at 1.1c)

PBDs balance sheet improved post 31/12/12 following the Jan 13 equity raising
