    Gerry, way back in Sep/Oct, when the REITs, Babcocks and Centros were taking a serious beating, people were buying up speculative stakes like there was no tomorrow. They said they were 'undervalued' and the stocks were bargains.

    I was screaming at people on HC forums that the current ratios on these managed investment messes had been bad for over a year. And the debt maturity profiles stank, too. Does nobody read the notes to the accounts?
