Agreed Ben. The other thing is that I'm unconvinced about the economies of scale in this market - I can see the merit of having a cluster of repair shops in a small geographic area but don't see how that necessarily translates to a national strategy.
More scale does give some additional power with negotiations with the insurance companies though, especially if there are limited alternatives
