Mathematics & physics are languages (constructs) that are used by humans to describe nature. Nature doesn't need them to function ie they are not tools of nature.

The interesting thing about science is that when anything is viewed at any scale there first appears to be chaos yet change the scale and the chaos has order.
Does order suggest design? or is harmony (equilibrium) the natural state .... even if only for a microsecond.

The Buddhist belief that everything is "mind" and that there is only the present "moment" doesn't seem at odds with science
