Shiney McShine I asked the question for a reason I already knew the answer. The Bible does not give a timeframe as there isn't one. All we did was use the Jewish genealogy to say the world is 6000 years old.

God made the world according to the Bible in six "days" and rested on the seventh. How long is a day of God? We humans interpreted that to be one of our days but they are God's days.
