I read that to mean...
[is this an] intelligent [article]?
My answer was no.
Kind of like asking somebody ‘are you hungry?’ You could shorten that and just say ‘hungry?’
Isn’t it funny how ambiguous sentences can lead to different interpretations, confusion and debate.
