I know absolutely nothing about the evolution of the bee.
But...
The eye and brain evolved long before the bee evolved.
Which one came first would depend on your definition of ‘an eye’ and ‘a brain’.
Better adapting to ones environment has nothing to do with odds.
No there wasn’t an Adam and Eve bee (nor was there an Adam and Eve anything else for that matter)
