I have to confess I spent enough time on this one to make a good decision and I made a terrible one (in passing).
The numbers just didn't stack for me with lowish current revenue and a high MC.
From all reports, anyone who has sat in front of management comes away super impressed with the product and management team. The escrow is good. They are talking a good game in terms of new customers being in advanced negotiations.
Ill just have to chalk this one up to experience and hope my broker reads this post and stops reminding me what a bad decision I made
