The good news is that we're dealing almost with a new company due to the recent board changes and capabilty.
My first target is also 30 cents and there's a good chance these 'cornerstone investors' could be industry players (location link) hence the company taking its time to get things sorted as any first agreement is likely to be quite strategic moving forward.
