@fooca I appreciate the numbers as math' is not my forte.
I have no doubt that effective CC's at company's that are performing well consistently, and legally, deserve those sorts of numbers. Wish I got close to that for the solid 6ish I do a day
Problem for me is that those numbers were paid to people we believed WERE doing the right thing to move this company up the ladder, as consequence for voting 'for'. Unfortunately, as we have uncovered, they weren't and we have fallen out of the top eight.
We now have a BOD who are working hard to rebuild and bring us back stronger for next season.
I want to be able to reward them with options, but also want to encourage them to work not only for their own best financial interests, but for the best of all shareholders. In the meantime they won't go hungry.
A comment of yours I found a bit further down...
"The current share price is 22.5c which means it will have to double for these option to be in the money."
Yep. Can't dispute the screen currently showing 22.5c.
But from memory on the day/s this thing closed prior to all the shite to follow, it dropped a rather large %. Previous management to blame imo.
In my head I see current SP around mid to high 20's. Therefore my call of 50-60c.
Cheers
