NOTICE OF INTENT TO FLY HELICOPTER SURVEY


LOWER KING RIVER AND SORRELL PENINSULA


Macquarie Harbour Mining Ltd., (MHML) would like to advise that the company or its contractors propose to fly a helicopter borne geophysical survey over parts of it mineral exploration licences in the lower King River and Sorrell Peninsula areas. Details of the survey are as follows:


Start date of survey: 1st March 2010

End date (estimated): 13th March 2010

Type of survey: Geophysical, non intrusive airborne survey

Flight height of bird above ground level: 30m or above tree top height

Flight line spacing: 100-200m

Flight line orientation: generally NW-SE or E-W

This survey has been approved by the Mineral Resources Tasmania, a government agency that co- ordinates with all concerned government agencies.
