Grange has zero net debt and has been operating since the 1960's. Unlike KML, it does not mine banded iron formations but a soft ultramafic rock which has comparatively low processing and crushing costs and also enjoys very low energy costs for pelletisation based on access to hydro electric power. KML on the other hand, at last report had $4.5 bn in debt so the comparison is utterly and completely incorrect and presented without reasonable basis or sufficient analysis.

Shareholders are not dopey. It is extremely insulting to claim so when it is clear that there is very limited understanding of the economic fundamentals of the KML operation on behalf of the person claiming them to be dopey, stupid, or the various other defamatory comments presented here over the past 18 month.
