Absolutely not the same as your definitive statement.
I provided the link in a previous post, saying that DTC eligibility is a requirement, for NASDAQ listing.
It's not up for debate, it's a fact!
The fact that they don't qualify on their revenue, means nothing, as that does not prevent them for listing there!
Your arguments hold no water!!
