YES: Perth is a long way to travel for most shareholders. It is a no-brainer in today's world, especially considering with the pandemic, most people were working from home and utilising online meeting forums.
It is imperative that as many shareholders are provided with the opportunity to participate in an AGM of a Company that they are part-owners of.
