I will retract the authors name as some posts are highly debatable.

I could go on in how busy the BOD and why they are overloaded , let's look at the Company Secretary. I use LinkedIn as a reference.

Answer it's our AGM not yours or the Directors. We have it once per year when the Directors can make time.

Back to being objective Can you imagine what it's like talking to the BOD ( as busy as they are) as I do ? Very hard work!
