I gave est costs based on 2021 AGMs. With volume now, one would expect this cost to have reduced somewhat. Maybe heaps, not sure.
For PAA in 2021, were you one of the 24 people who attended (all online, no in person attendance) AGM?
I was a bit surprised by the low volumes at the time..
In 2021 the online AGM would have cost more than $625 per headto enable that. And that is just the online component costs.
I was and have spoken to several others that were in the 24.
Of those that did attend, all basically said, it was great but they could also have lived with watching the recording if it meant not significantly impacting the tight available funding. Clearly I have not spoken to all that DID attend and I am sure they will have a variety of views so this is not holistic.
I am still at a loss as to why this is being debated 8 months out from the AGM.
