Context is everything and the context was me contemplating complaining to the board about what could have been avoidable cost.
It would be stupid to complaint to the board because in 2021 they had no choice in running an AGM but to have it online. They simply had to suck up the cost as there was no in person due to covid restrictions.
Sorry, should have elaborated at the time, was not trying to all 'Blechley Park' type of thing. It was just not sensible to complain to the company about something that was an unavoidable expense.
