I did. I have an IB account. They don't. What they offer is: real time delayed (free) 'snapshot'. They charge something like 1 to 3c for a live snapshot quote. They allow up to $1 worth for free. This mainly applies to US / canada exchanges and does not apply to ASX. However I think I've seen the snapshot quote button on ASX order tickets, I might try it tomorrow.
IB also charge $10USD per month for typical account sizes. Trading commisions are deducted from this fee so if commisions > $10USD pm then no fee is charged. I mainly use IB for US / Canada shares. I've used CMC markets for ASX before and they're good. Live 'shapshot' quotes (click to refresh), $11 trades, no monthly fees.
