Interactive Brokers - Success, page-29

So, I asked this question with IB support and got an answer that this should be my account number with IB.

I have submitted the DTC election form 4 days ago, but nothing has been transferred to my account yet.
do I need to wait or everyone must submit a DWAC request after DTC election?

Someone said they were not charged a fee for DWAC, some - mentioned that they had money on account to cover DWAC cost. How were you charged?
Any ideas, how was it possible that some people get charged and some not? On IB under DWAC transfer option it says "Processing fees apply : 100 USD per settled transaction."
