I provided my HIN at the application, but they came to me as issuer sponsored. The issue - I've since found out - is that the application name that I put down was only my first and last name, whereas the name my Commsec account is in is first middle and last names. As the names didn't match EXACTLY they rejected the chess sponsorship. I've since had to change my name on Automic and then been able to transfer my shares to Commsec. Hope that helps.
