i had the same issue with the format of my HIN, adding a zero and dropping the last digit - thought I was an idiot, but now seems it was a system issue!
I was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed within 2 days and my holdings ended up in my SelfWealth account under the correct HIN.
From this holding and one other company I can only say that Automic are streets ahead of the other 3 'big' registries.
