My partner and I are managing personal finances (e.g. mortgages) in both Oz and Europe, and wanted to set up a good way to manage moving currency between the two, and also hedge currency risk. Someone recommended Interactive Brokers to me… does anyone have any experience with them?
I’ve had a look, and am a bit confused about the different types of accounts. For just my partner and I, and purely for currency transfer and trading, the joint or family and friends options look the best.
Any advice welcome....?
