from memory all cash received must go towards repayment of principal and interest, which means any income will go towards paying off the deferred interest.
unless they can reduce the operating costs of the fund it chews up too much of the income, but at least they are cash flow positive now but not by much.
how and when this is going to wrapped up is the question. fixed int is strong atm and hope there wont be another "risk off" episode in the near future.
