Debt will continue to grow until 2021 when it will reach 3.5.billion where it will plateau until 2026 when debt will be retired through to 2044 when all debt will be paid back - it should be remembered thought that both traffic and the toll charges will continue to increase as the years pass. My understanding is the increased debt is used to fund dividends along with free cash.
