The citigroup sellers used those whole numbers I would have thought they would have used brokers? Then again they weren't trying to hide what they were doing.
But yes it is so obvious I have wandered if your doing something sneeky at least hide betterwho knows maybe some amateur DT's have been buying up and this is how they'll make a packet? They need to be a little less obvious though..
