The option for Uran to purchase Discovery has been extended until the end of this year and the deal was modified before the spp earlier this year so that it was for a fix number of Uran fpo shares (not exactly sure of the number). The 54.9% is no longer relevant. My calculations are that number of shares should be able to be kept <250M fully diluted and including the AIM listing.
