TIM is now doing the right thing and the chart is recommended viewing for those so interested.
For the record the u-seller at 1.30 was Rivkin. They must have been really chuffed to have a big enough order to let them use a u but then promptly spooked the market forcing one certain broker to sell a reasonably large line at much lower returns over the last month.
