writer, yes (!) I did think about that comment re "it will be clear when it becomes clear",after I made it but hoped noone would pick up on it!

Fintronics hit a new low today touching 12.1c vs CUS buy in price of 26c and a high of 81c over the last 12 mths.

No matter...Febuary cometh and we should get some news. BTW, because FCP are funding the Sino acquistion and they own over 10% of CUS, CUS has to put it to the vote, aswell as providing an independant experts report as well as an explanatary document.
So, by my reckoning, in Feb we will get:
1)Independant experts report
2)EGM notice
3)Explan docs
4)ABA update
5)Half Year
6)Fintronics full year result (that could be interesting!!)
7)The usual update presentation
8)Possibly some update on whether the company intends to go early on surcharging.

Thats quite a bit of information.
