do you have an opinion on whether it is strange that RJT have not been able to announce an agreement yet to roll over the short term debt? you said they told you it should not be a prob as nothing has changed since November. However on the other hand in december they said they are "in discussions" to roll, yet no news yet? is it just a case of them not rushing and hoping to not be pushed into an expensive rate in a hurry?
i can't see an issue rolling given their interest cover, but i would have thought with the market's concerns at present it might have been nice to announce something on this front sooner rather than later?
