i can't post the article here for copyright infringements but i'm pretty sure there's free trial membership offered if anyone wants to read it....
heres a few points taken from it though -
* Phenomica will be led by an independent CEO
* Phenomica has only granted non-exclusive rights to it's IP for Target Validation & no partys will hold first licensing rights to the IP.
* Target of atleast 1 major company this year
