Aside from the fact 15% of the global NdFeB supply chain is virtually free of the Dragon, Mt Pass could supply many multiples of US NdPr demand for decades, IF Donald was happy to sponsor the Chinese.
Given MP the third best NdPr resource on the planet, obviously a brownfield, on US soil, really is a tad difficult to see how ARU would be funded in preference.
