Never like to get drawn into conspiricy theories about why a stock gets sold off but I think in NUPs case,and in the face of such good drilling results, its obvious that shares from the cap raising several months back are being sold systematically into the market for a small profit.Given the global uncertainty forecast for next year the screen jockeys would be trying to eke percentages wherever they can and were probably hoping for a bit more bang from such good announcements.I work at a venue in Little Collins Street and overheard some brokers discussing NUP and how much they got in the SPP.In fact that is how I got onto it.NUP has bounced off 3c several times now but if these guys insist on dumping stock we may see a lower SP for a while yet until they have finshed.Accumulation phase for me,as I feel confident that the good results will keep on coming and that the global outlook next year will not be as bad as expected.
