It continues to amaze me at the appartent lack of interest in this stock by HCERS. Are the only interested in Specs??
IMHO this is a great stock with good returns and good prospects for the future.The company has survided the GFC relatively injury free and it is buisness as usual
IMHO the medium term prospects for income and capital growth are very good and in the mean time we are enjoying an income return of around 10% with reasonable prospects in the short term of improving
If anyone is watching this stock I would be interested in your views
