I find it quite odd that there appears to be such little interest in this stock which to my mind is one of the better Areits.
Whilst it probably has too much debt {gearing would be better down in the 35% range} it has not got the problems of refinancing in the short term and IMHO will survive the GFC as a strong company
Its biggest problem will be the flow on effect of failures of other Reits should this occur which is fairly likely
At current prices and based on projected income announced it is showing healthy returns in the 15% range
