GBE's management has done an excellent job to "convince" shareholders, large or small. Look at what it has done, even the deal was evaluated by "independent" as not fair.

I am glad I am mostly out, and left a tiny a few to prove a point, and collect my bet next year.

Who would invest in GBE? 51+% controlled by one shareholder, no takeover premium;

No independent institutional investors, who want to invest large money without much saying?

Only left is small investors armed with hope, sophisticated traders, who take some core position, and trade around, or ....
