Correct me if I'm wrong here....
If the government is getting access to these billions of zero-interest dollars - isn't that a start to fixing the crisis? ie: They are using it to reduce deficit cheaply as opposed to borrowing more from other countries?
This is how I see it...(although I'm far from being an economist) :-)
