    It is a worry cause Stevens is worried that his kids won't be able to afford to buy a property(see sunrise interview with kochie)

    So my guess is they'll keep hiking till values come down to reasonable levels and that hopefully the irrational exuberance which is creating a property bubble will ease somewhat.
