If rates rose prices would come down and more activity would occur.

Poor performers would be driven out and high performance rewarded so successful people an be empowered to be rewarded again and as income grows tax revenue increases as well.

Government has fiscal issues right now because interest rates are far too low apart from the costs of immigration!!!

If interest rates rose it would help the young get active and employed as prices drop stimulating the economy while retiree income increases through interest income feeling more spending!!!

Right now the Australian economy is failing due to the policies of socialism which is killing market activity!!!

The specific policies are the bankster manipulation of interest rates lower and the government overrunning the economy with immigration and the costs they bring!!!

If you want to survive with lower rates going forward and more immigrants coming in you do not buy a thing and wait for the crash!!!!
