tend to disagree, VCX's annual income is around $1B, an unhedged 1% interest rate increase over say 2 years would increase their interest expense by about $35m pa. VCX's weighted average debt rate is capped at 4.75% out to 2025 by the looks of it so really interest rate rises are pretty meaningless to this company imo. If anything they indicate stronger leasing...
