Dear Threaders
Not sure if ANZ is doing the right thing by raising interest rates by 0.2%. I know there is a credit sqeeze and the rise will probably better for shareholders in the short term but makes ANZ less competitive as borrowers will simply go elsewhere. Sp already lagging 10% behing rivals - and I don't think latest stunt will help. Any comments?
