Yes Labor has a plan, unfortunately it is the same plan on rinse and repeat.

Step 1- once gaining power the PM must get onto an airplane and visit as many countries as possible on the taxpayer coin.

Step 2- Obfuscate and spend the next two and a half years blaming the previous Government for all our woes.

Step 3- When it is obvious that the public are starting to wise up that they have been hoodwinked, they knife their leader so they have a scapegoat.

Step 4- Go back to the opposition benches to wait for their next chance to rinse and repeat.
