I certainly WOULD NOT be heading in the direction of "locking in" .... we may be in a slightly rising cycle .. but it is highly unlikely we will see 10% anytime over the next three years .The whole things a "beat up " , they are concerned about the property marklet ... and this is fair enough .I want the investors out too so I can continue to make a quid . Too many properties for lease around here .
Virtually every time one tries to lock in .. they end up paying too much ..Ive seen it time and time again with my clients . Rarely an advantage .
