I don't disagree with alot of that, Kiwi, except for EU selling gold - all-time record at moment - and that there are other "better" goldies. (If I thought that I'd own them)
Your other points are valid and I agree with you.
But maybe even if a huge upgrade doesn't happen anytime soon (or ever) investors will eventually turn to a dull company that just keeps doing what it says it's gonna do and churns out real money in a world full of phoney balance sheets, debt and creative accounting.
I can wait.
