yes, i call it "saving tax". i get my 45% back, do you? i know i am losing 55 cents at the moment but you are also "losing" money by not getting the tax back as well(think about it), but in couple of years(7-10) years time, i will get mine back:), will you get your "tax saving" bakc?

Another comparison would be to check the property prices when you were born and check now, does it tell you anything?
And please don't bother givine example of US or Japan.
