It's interesting these tradie types. I was working in a professional position for a security company until last week. Our guys were both ACMA licensed and sparkies.
The work is starting to get quite patchy out there and dry up.
Anyway, they still remember the boom times of around 2003 when they were ran off their feet, some people didn't want quotes, they just wanted the work started, and where everyone was ringing around everyone else, trying to get a extra hand to make up the shortfall of labour.
They all seem to think these times are just around the corner.
