    I'm currently on 6.2% Owner Occupied with a LVR of about 78% (recent first home buyer). I'm not with one of the big 4 but the bank I'm with is still one of the well known majors.

    I haven't received notice of an impending increase, maybe it's on the horizon but 8.13% does seem pretty steep.
