    I wonder who:
    - had paid down their $987,000 mortgage leaving a small balance and a massive redraw facility
    - then fixed interest rates ~1.9% for ~5 years maturing ~2025
    - then redrew the loan and invested it in rolling fixed interest at ~5.25% currently, ready for a market crash...
