On a local level have a look at Victoria and ask how they're going to get out of that mess. They've over spent, simple, and now they need to raise taxes just to keep the lights on in hospitals. Have a look at the Feds, we're in the poo for one Trillion $'s and Albo's trying to keep the poor in shelter and fed but that costs money so they're going to take it out of your pocket one way or another.

The average punter is working for less and less as a result of massive debt and inflation and so will endeth the Housing Ponzi Scheme... it's only a matter of time.
